SETTING THE STAGE:

Thousands of years ago when the sky was clear and there was little else to do after dark, mankind observed that certain pinpoints of light moved across stationary patterns: This band of constellations evolved into the 12 signs of the Zodiac that we use today.

There is a pattern of these animal symbols in the earth around the Glastonbury Tor in England which gives you an idea of how long ago this was figured out. This matrix of signs, latitudes and longitudes was created by us on Earth to use as our frame of reference. The 360 degree circle is divided into twelve signs, each consisting of 30 degrees.
